• OFFICE POLICY REGARDING NO-SHOW/LATE APPOINTMENTS

  • Dr. Molina has instituted a policy for No show/Late Appointments. It is the policy of Dr. Molina that cancellation of appointments must be done one day prior to your appointment. If the office is closed when you call, you may leave a message to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

If we do not hear from you by 8:30am, then that is considered a “no-show” and you will be charged a fee of $25.00 NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be advised that if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment you will not be seen, unless our schedule permits. Patients are called one day prior to the scheduled office visit; you are then given an option to accept or cancel the appt at that time. Please be advised this charge will not be billed to your insurance.

In regards to the no-show policy, I have instructed my staff that all patients who do not call or leave a voicemail by 8:30am be charged so please do not ask for adjustments to your account. It is not our intent to charge our patients additional money, but it is very costly if you miss your appointment and do not give us time to schedule another patient in your timeslot. We also cannot keep the schedule running smoothly when patients no show or are late. This policy enables us to maintain a high level of service for all our patients.

In addition, we reserve the right to dismiss patients from our practice with a 30-day notice for chronic no shows or cancellations as these actions inhibit our ability to schedule and treat other patients.
